Olympic course designer Gregory Bodo Visits Phoenix Riders Stable

01.05.2025

We had the distinct honor of welcoming Gregory Bodo, one of the most respected figures in international show jumping, to Phoenix Riders Stable today. Known for his role as co-course designer for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games and his continued leadership within the FEI community, Mr. Bodo's presence brought immense value and inspiration to our riders.

Throughout the day, Gregory shared his deep knowledge of course design, horse-and-rider communication, and the evolving demands of elite-level show jumping. From insightful discussions to course building, his visit offered a rare opportunity to learn directly from one of the sport's most influential minds.

Our riders, from children to Grand Prix competitors, benefitted tremendously from his feedback and perspective. His approachable style and passion for the sport made a lasting impression, reminding everyone why continuous learning and refinement are key to success in modern show jumping.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Gregory for taking the time to engage with our team and share his experience. Visits like this reaffirm our mission at Phoenix Riders Stable: to be a hub of education, performance, and excellence in the world of show jumping.

Stay tuned for more photos and behind-the-scenes moments from this incredible day — and for future events that continue to bring the best of international equestrian sport to our stable.
