How do I access the livestream?
When we go live, the player on this page will automatically start or show a play button. Simply click the play button if it does not start on its own. No additional login is usually required unless stated otherwise in the event details.
The player area is blank. What should I do?
First, wait a few seconds and refresh the page. If the player still does not appear, try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari) and make sure any ad‑blockers or script‑blockers are temporarily disabled for this site.
The video keeps buffering or freezing.
Check your internet connection and, if possible, switch to a wired connection or a stronger Wi‑Fi signal. Close other apps or browser tabs that may be using bandwidth. You can also lower the video quality in the player settings if available.
I can see the video but there is no sound.
Confirm that your device volume and the player volume are both turned up and not muted. Check your headphones or speakers, and try another browser. If the issue continues, refresh the page once the stream is live.
Where can I find highlights after the event?
Highlights and key moments will be published on our main video page or channel. Check the event description for direct links, or visit our media section where recent livestream recordings and clips are listed.
